10 Minute Kitchen

Ingredients
8 pork sausages
1 brown onion, peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic
Pinch pepper
Sea salt
3 tablespoons Gravox
4 large potatoes, rinsed, peeled and cut in small cubes
70g butter
70ml cream
Method
Boil potatoes in salted water for 10-12 mins or until a knife inserted in the middle goes in easily with no resistance. Drain the potatoes making sure there is no residual water.
Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes to a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper and add the cream and butter, making sure it is mixed through the potato. Set aside.
To cook the sausages place a pan over high heat, cook the sausages for 8-12 minutes or until cooked through, continuing to turn over. Set aside.
Mix 3 tablespoons of the Gravox mix with 500ml water, making sure it is evenly mixed with no lumps.
In another pan caramelise onion over medium heat for 1-2 mins then add garlic.
Return the sausages to the pan and add the Gravox mix and simmer for 2-3 mins or until the gravy thickens.
Serve the sausages and onion gravy over mash potatoes.
