Silvia’s Masterclass offers an intimate insight into Silvia’s kitchen, where she loves nothing more than sharing what she’s learnt along the way, so you can master the beauty of simple Italian home cooking.

Meet Silvia

Silvia Colloca

Italian-born food writer, TV producer and host. Silvia has authored five cookbooks, including Silvia’s Cucina, Made in Italy and La Dolce Vita, and is a regular contributor to Delicious. Her SBS series Cook Like an Italian and Made in Italy with Silvia Colloca gathered a worldwide following, and earned her a TV WEEK Logie nomination.

There’s more to Silvia’s bow than food. A celebrated opera singer and actress, her 2022 classical album for Universal Music sat at the top of the charts for over twenty weeks, and she was invited to sing with Andrea Bocelli in Sydney.

But it’s in the kitchen where she’s most at home: unfussy, warm, and peppered with the stories behind recipes passed down through her family for generations.
